Who We Are

The Texas A&M University Institute for Early Childhood Development & Education uses leading, cutting-edge research to transform the lives of young children and the adults who interact with them, including families, educators, clinicians, and health providers.

Through rigorous, interdisciplinary research, the Institute addresses complex challenges in early childhood development and education. Its work informs practice and policy, mentors the next generation of early childhood scholars and practitioners, and leads outreach initiatives supporting early childhood professionals across Texas and beyond.
